Elissa Koutsotheodoros, the creative force behind Elissa Marie, embarked on her journey in fashion and bridal couture with a clear vision: to offer a bespoke experience for brides who desire something unique to themselves. Elissa believes that all her custom wedding gowns should be more than just beautiful garments—they should be true representations of the wearer’s personality, enhancing their confidence and inner beauty.
Formally trained at RMIT University, Elissa honed her skills by working with renowned couturiers in Melbourne before establishing her own label, Elissa Marie Design, in 2015. Since then, her wedding gowns have graced brides across Australia, Italy, France, Greece, Maldives and Singapore, and have been featured in notable publications such as Vogue Australia, The Lane and Ivory Tribe.
Elissa creates her custom wedding dresses entirely in her Gippsland studio, and meets with couture clients at in South Yarra. To provide the utmost personalized service, she accepts only a limited number of clients each year, ensuring that every bride receives her full attention and benefits from her dedication.
